Outsourcing Lifecycle Management

More and more companies and organisations outsource their entire IT organisation or parts thereof. Optimization potential is identified and recommendations on how the sourcing governance can be improved given.

  • Preparation and implementation: support in the definition of needs and requirements, call for bids, evaluation and compilation of treaties, including the creation and negotiation of service level agreements.
